I’m a leadership strategist and executive coach with nearly 2 decades years of experience advising senior leaders inside complex, high-pressure organizations. Before coaching, I held executive leadership roles in marketing and media—most recently as EVP / Managing Director at a top ad agency—partnering with Fortune 500 brands and guiding teams through growth, restructuring, and constant change.

That experience taught me something simple and enduring: clarity—not urgency—is what drives effective leadership under pressure. When expectations are high and the pace is relentless, leaders don’t need more inputs or frameworks.
