About Me.

I'm a leadership strategist and executive advisor with nearly two decades inside complex, high-pressure organizations. My background includes executive roles in marketing and media, most recently as EVP / Managing Director at a top ad agency, where I partnered with Fortune 500 brands and led teams through growth, restructuring, and the kind of organizational volatility that tests even the strongest leaders.

That experience gave me something most coaches don't have: a firsthand understanding of how advancement and retention decisions actually get made at the senior level. Not in theory. Inside the real dynamics of power, perception, and politics that determine whose trajectory moves and whose stalls.

What I know with certainty after 18+ years: capability is rarely what separates the leaders who advance and hold their position from the ones who don't. It's influence architecture…and the internal steadiness to wield it strategically. The leaders who stay grounded when the pressure spikes, who don't let survival instincts hijack their credibility in the moments that matter most, are the ones who become impossible to overlook or sideline. The leaders who build that combination — intentionally, strategically, early enough — are the ones who shape their own trajectory instead of waiting for the organization to catch up.

That's the work I do. And if any part of your current situation is telling you it's time, trust that read.
